One Cost has successfully started working with four hotels in London.

Working with One Cost has given Classic Hotels significant savings by improving our purchasing discipline to reduce our invoice management time.

As a small independent group this has helped us manage our profit margins better via timely changes to our pricing strategy based on price movements tracked through their monthly reports.

One Cost is presently working with us to develop monitoring processes for our brand standards such as bedroom supplies and house pouring brands which will give us detailed analysis of both compliance and the ongoing cost of these importance areas of spend.

Their input has certainly provided additional strength to our business giving us the buying power and procedures many of the larger hotel groups take for granted. The added bonus for us is that there is no direct cost for the work they do.
