As the owner of a busy restaurant business, I found myself and my staff had very little time to keep a close eye on fluctuating food and drink prices. One Cost has not only taken that time consuming job off our hands but it has saved us thousands of pounds on food costs through their buying power.
In short, it’s consistently saving me time and money and best off all the service is free! It’s simply incredible.

One Cost’s proactive approach to helping us achieve best price and service is a major help in running our key purchasing areas of spend profitably. The ongoing control of this saving via their bespoke management information is a great support tool for our business.

Working with One Cost has given Classic Hotels significant savings by improving our purchasing discipline to reduce our invoice management time.
As a small independent group, this has helped us manage our profit margins better via timely changes to our pricing strategy based on price movements tracked through their monthly reports.
One Cost is presently working with us to develop monitoring processes for our brand standards such as bedroom supplies and house pouring brands which will give us a detailed analysis of both compliance and the ongoing cost of these importance areas of spend. Their input has certainly provided additional strength to our business giving us the buying power and procedures many of the larger hotel groups take for granted.
The added bonus for us is that there is no direct cost for the work they do.

Our hotel group has been working with One Cost for a number of years. I find their service to be informative, personable and economical.
We believe that One Cost has opened the doors to competitive prices that we would not be able to obtain by ourselves and believe that our savings are into the thousands rather than the hundreds.
Savings can be easily digested through the monthly reports that are sent directly to us. I believe that one of One Cost’s attractive qualities is their service. Working with Kevin, Clair, Joanne, Bill, Paul and team, I feel as though our needs are always covered and we have learned about individual personalities. It is often that companies try and entice you in with this warm approach initially and this is often a façade. This is clearly not the case with One Cost.
One Cost’s Reward scheme is another huge draw to their services. It sounded too good to be true and we felt as though there would be some kind of a catch. Amazingly this was not the case and as a result, our company has massively benefited from the One Cost’s reward scheme. I would strongly recommend working with One Cost.
